I acknowledge that I have read the registration form in its’ entirety. I have answered all question honestly or to
the best of my knowledge. I am aware of all fees due upon registration. I am also aware of the uniform
expectations for both practice and game days. There is an absolute zero tolerance for all players and guest. I
acknowledge that if any Northwest Rams participants, parents/ guardians, or guest violate this expectation, it can
result in termination from the team for adults and players collectively.

As a participant for the Northwest Rams Youth Sports Association, I will be held to a specific level of expectation. I
understand that I will come in complete uniform to both practice and game days. I will also show up to both with a
positive attitude ready to work and learn. I understand that we have a “Zero Tolerance” code and there will be no
bullying, aggressive behavior, or foul language. If I am caught engaging in such there will be suspension or
immediately removal from the team. Here in Rams World, we are a family, and we will build each other up.

I understand that as a parent or guardian here in Ram World I am expected to remain in specified parental zoning.
I am never to step foot on the practice or game day fields. I will make sure that myself and our guest remain off the
field sidelines and behind the caution tape underneath the tents. For games that have bleachers I am aware that I
am to stay in the stands and away from the field. As a parent I am in awareness that GROUP ME is only a team
information contact tool. Any concerns or issues that I have are to be address in person to the President or Vice
President or the Assistant Athletic Director. I WILL NOT address any issues in the parent communication app
(GROUPME). I am also aware of the “Zero Tolerance” code and I will not engage in any situations involving bullying,
foul language, or aggressive behavior towards any players, staff members, or visitors and guest. In the event that I
am in violation or the ZONING regulations, EXSPRESSIVE communication, or ZERO TOLARENCE code it can result in
termination for both players and adults.... guest included.

 

Uniforms
Football Practice: practice jersey, practice pants, cleats, socks, helmet, shoulder pads, mask, water jug, and mouth guard

Football Game Day: Backpack, water jug, mask, mouth guard, helmet, Game Day Jersey, Game Day Pants, game day socks, cleats.
Cheer Practice: Red or black shorts, white, black, mask, red shirt. No sports bras.
Cheer Game Day: Cheer bag, mask, Bow, Game Day cheer shell, Game Day cheer skirt, cheer brief, socks, shoes, water jug.
